How To Request a Reservations:
There are 5 steps in the process.
Step #1. Click on the Reservation link below.
Step #2. Select the date you prefer
Step #3. Select the time you prefer
Step #4. Select the service you would like to get done.
Please Note: The services are listed by the stylist and their price level.
***If you are open to going to anyone then select the "first available" option.
***If you would prefer to stick with a specific stylist and their price level then select
"the stylist you want"
Step#5. The system will provide you the reservations that are available based on your four selections. Choose the one that works best for you and then fill in all your contact information that is requested.
*****You will receive two emails or text messages(depending on which you provided). The first one is to confirm your request has been submitted and a second to confirm or reject the reservation based on availability. Thank you in advance for respecting the privacy and time of our other guests. Our waiting area is reserved for guests waiting to be serviced. For the convenience of all guests please avoid bringing or inviting any guest of any age to your reservation. All guests deserve to have a peaceful and satisfying experience. Our salon environment is one of relaxation and service. For the sake of safety and peace, we do not encourage children without appointments in the salon area
Arrive Early: Arriving early will allow us to ensure you enjoy every minute of your experience. However, if you do arrive late, please remember that your service must end on time so the next guest isn’t delayed. Our scheduling is designed to allow for sufficient time needed to complete your service. A 15-minute grace period will apply to each reservation. If you are running late for your reservation, please call the salon. Late arrivals for any reason may result in rescheduling the appointment.
To Cancel: Please provide 48 hours notice when canceling your reservation. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a service charge of 50% is charged to your next scheduled reservation
Extensions/Weaves: All extensions reservations require a non-refundable deposit. To avoid forfeiting a deposit, a 72-hour notice is required to reschedule reservations. Deposits may be paid in person or by phone with credit card. Extension removal services are available upon request with an additional service fee. Please reserve this service with your reservation to allow time for the removal of extensions.
